About the Embroidery: The embroidery is truly first class and one of a kind. Over 150, 000 stitches, nearly over 20 hours to stitch out, and the highest attention to detail. This is a show-stopper and truly a unique, bespoke item. You will receive an artwork proof via email for you to approve or request revisions. Once approved, I will send to my production team to stitch out. Please note this is an embroidered patch not sewn directly into the jacket.

About the Jacket: .This is a true-to-size Denim Jacket with pearls attached. 80% cotton 20% polyester. Long sleeve. High-quality denim perfect for brisk fall nights with friends and pups. It is a 10x10 industrial grade patch. The wash of the denim changes due to the supplier.
Care of Jacket: Hand wash only. Hang dry.
- We only go off of 1 picture so please only upload the best one! If you upload more than 1 then the team will choose the best one. We only embroider the head unless specified in notes to add the full body!
How to choose the best picture?
- Take photos in natural light. You want to have even light with no shadows
- Best angle is straightforward and close so we can see all of the details of your pet

Size Guide: The Pearl Denim Jacket is true to size. For a larger fit, I recommend sizing up. The size chart is attached below in the BLUE. The non pearl denim jacket runs more oversized and the size chart is attached below in WHITE.
Lead Times: This is a made to order custom item. Please allow 6 weeks for delivery. Rush Delivery is not available due to the size of the patch.
Refunds: This is a custom made item for you. We do not offer refunds due to the time and effort that goes into creating your jacket. If you are hesitant, please do not order. If you have a question, please email us.
Photo Revisions: We are happy to make revisions to your artwork of the photo you submitted. You are allowed 2 free revisions. If you want more than 2 revisions it is a $15 fee. If you wish to use an entirely new photo, there will be a $50 charge for the large artwork because it takes 6+ hours to create. - Please be careful choosing the best photo. - Due to the Nature of this Custom Product We cannot provide refunds or cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order or if we've already completed the artwork within that time.
**Revisions:** on artwork
- You can request up to two free revisions. Additional revisions are available for $15 to compensate our artists time.
- If you want to change the picture entirely, there's a $25 fee to rework the photo. Each artwork takes 3+ hours to create. This provides for our artists time.
- For the best results, please provide a clear picture with good lighting.
- We work with one picture per order, so choose the one you want to use. If you are between photos please reach out via email to help choose the best one.

**Proof Approval:**

- Once an order is placed, we cannot change the sweatshirt color.
**Custom Text:**
- Adding custom text to your order comes with an additional cost of $10 for monograming, payable during checkout.

I love this jacket so much. I also had great experiences with the support team, including I sent back a revision to bring out more of his red (originally was more tan) and they followed through. The shipping was standard and on time per their expectations set. The face was bigger than I thought, but I am not mad about it. Obviously, it's a statement piece, so for me that was a plus. As for sizing I went with small (I don't know my measurements) but usually size 2 about 115lbs and it fits just right by itself or if I want to layer a hoodie underneath. It's a bit pricey but it is so unique and it was a birthday gift and I love it, would purchase again and recommend! Thank you Pupsentials.

Okay, I LOVE the oversized fit of this jacket (I sized up). I live in Florida, so it is too hot to wear at the moment. But, once t start cooling down, I will be LIVING in this jacket. I am so happy to show off my handsome frenchie! <3
