Worth the price for sure.. quite a wait to receive but better late than never.
I want to start by saying the customer service was excellent! The whole process was made easy and understandable because every person I received an email from was very kind and informative! Even though there was a tiny delay, they informed me on the situation and and were very helpful! As for the product itself I am truly so so happy with the final result! The embroidery, as advertised, is not only very premium and full of details but it is fully stitched onto the sweatshirt and tote bag! The sweatshirt is a nice loose fit and is extremely comfortably and very cozy. This is something that I can confidently say fully justifies the price, not only because of the quick and helpful customer service, the comfortable sweatshirt, or the incredibly detailed embroidery but also knowing you are buying a product made with a lot of love and care with each and every purchase!
I got this for my elderly mom for Christmas, with portraits of our current pup and previous pup, and she loved it! Such great renderings of my photos, high quality embroidery and a great weight sweatshirt. Highly recommend!
I had a sweatshirt made for my daughter for Christmas showing our current Corgi and one she got for Christmas years ago who's no longer with us. The artwork was perfect on the first try and by my request, they put a halo over Chloe's head. It all turned out perfect! When my daughter opened it she started to cry which made my wife cry. Now she wants to make a sweatshirt for her boyfriend's current and past furbuddies. I'm extremely satisfied with the whole process and results of this purchase and will definitely recommend to everyone because they're not just pets.... They're Family!

When I ordered and even when I reviewed the mock up (which is such an awesome thing), I was skeptical about the final product. Not only was I blown away by the craftsmanship of the embroidered design, it is the exact likeness of my dog. Additionally, it is one of the coziest sweatshirts. I gave 2 as a gift (they were thrilled) and will be buying more.
I was absolutely blown away with the sweatshirt I received with my dog's face on it. I've never seen such an accurate piece of art that looked identical to my late dog. My wife cried more than I ever imagined. Will be ordering more in the future!

Pupsentials’ work was excellent. I had ordered a sweatshirt with an embroidered image of my daughter’s dog as a Christmas present for my daughter. I was anxious to receive it and take a look before I wrapped the gift. My daughter adores her dog and in general is a very particular person. The proof of the embroidery looked very much like the photo I had submitted. When I saw the sweatshirt, my reaction was to smile and laugh a bit because it truly looked just like her dog. It made me chuckle because the embroidery captured not only what the dog looks like, but also her smile seemed so real. The sweatshirt is very nice quality, and according to my daughter is very comfy. She’s thrilled with the gift.
