Please note: The pigment-dyeing process gives each garment unique character. Please allow for color variation in production and washing.
Care Instructions: Please hand wash with cold water. If machine washing, wash inside out on low with cold water, let air dry. Do NOT use the dryer because the high heat could affect the embroidery. Due to the nature of pigment dye, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garments. We therefore strongly recommend washing these garments only with like-colored garments, as some of the pigment dyes may stain light or white colored garments in the wash cycle. Washing the garments in cold water will reduce the possibility of staining. PLEASE don't use any stain removers or it will take the dye off of the sweasthirt!!!

**Revisions:** on artwork
- You can request up to two free revisions. Additional revisions are available for $15 to compensate our artists time.
- If you want to change the picture entirely, there's a $25 fee to rework the photo. Each artwork takes 3+ hours to create. This provides for our artists time.
- For the best results, please provide a clear picture with good lighting.
- We work with one picture per order, so choose the one you want to use. If you are between photos please reach out via email to help choose the best one.

I absolutely LOVE my sweatshirt!!! Our last rescue dog passed away July 25. I had all 3 rescues embroidered on my sweatshirt choice. We were blown away by the stitch work and accuracy of the artwork. Our friends were amazed and moved. Several asked for the company name & will be placing their own orders. The entire process was excellent. I submitted my photos and the first draft was in my email the very next morning!! They made the changes I recommended in two succeeding drafts and the resulting collaboration was spot on. Delivery was as promised after it went into the production stage. Communication throughout the entire process was prompt and consistent. The quality of the cotton is superb. It’s so soft and comfy. I am looking forward to wearing this all winter.
