I love creating each custom piece and being able to create a custom embroidered sweatshirt that will last a lifetime for you locally in Austin Texas!
- Each order includes a 1 of 1 custom designed portrait of your pet or loved one on the sweatshirt. I will personally hand design your art to expertly translate your dog, cat, and/or any animal, into a beautiful embroidered sweatshirt. We will share a proof with you before stitching to make sure you love it!
- ** Please note the pocket on the front of the tote is non functioning due to the embroidery being stitched into the bag**
You are allowed 2 free revisions so please make sure you choose a straight facing photo with very good lighting. We only go off of 1 picture so please only upload the best one! If you upload more than 1 then the team will choose the best one.
How to choose the best picture?
- Take photos in natural light. You want to have even light with no shadows
- Best angle is straightforward and close so we can see all of the details of your pet
- **If you can't decide what photo would be best please email us and we can help you**
If you need 3+ revisions it is a fee of $15 and if you want to start over with a new picture it is a $25 fee due to the amount of work that goes into the artwork.

Please note: Finally we have created our own Pupsentials blank sweatshirt. The Pupsentials brand is a heavy weight unisex sweatshirt. Made with French terry inside, and a soft touch feel, you are going to love wearing this cozy sweatshirt. Widened neck line for a relaxed fit. Sizing is unisex for an oversized fit. For a true to size, we recommend sizing down.
Care Instructions: Please hand wash with cold water. If machine washing, wash inside out on low with cold water, let air dry. Do NOT use the dryer because the high heat could affect the embroidery. Due to the nature of pigment dye, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garments. We therefore strongly recommend washing these garments only with like-colored garments, as some of the pigment dyes may stain light or white colored garments in the wash cycle. Washing the garments in cold water will reduce the possibility of staining. PLEASE don't use any stain removers or it will take the dye off of the sweatshirt!!!

- Due to the Nature of this Custom Product We cannot provide refunds or cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order or if we've already completed the artwork within that time.
**Revisions:** on artwork
- You can request up to two free revisions. Additional revisions are available for $15 to compensate our artists time.
- If you want to change the picture entirely, there's a $25 fee to rework the photo. Each artwork takes 3+ hours to create. This provides for our artists time.
- For the best results, please provide a clear picture with good lighting.
- We work with one picture per order, so choose the one you want to use. If you are between photos please reach out via email to help choose the best one.

**Proof Approval:**
- You must approve your proof within 7 days. After that, it will be auto-approved and sent for production. We can't make changes once it's in production. If you have a Hotmail email, please check your spam folder. We suggest using a different email if possible.
**Sweatshirt Color:**
- Once an order is placed, we cannot change the sweatshirt color.
**Custom Text:**
- Adding custom text to your order comes with an additional cost of $10 for monograming, payable during checkout.
**Returns and Exchanges:**
