I asked for a minor revision on the artwork which was free/included in the price of the sweatshirt. It turned out perfect and I absolutely love it! I would definitely order from pupsentials again.
I screamed and cried a bit opening this. The image was perfect and the proof and communication was flawless. My only ooops was I through I had approved my puppers name on the sleeve and it was under the image. Not anyone’s fault but my own and love everything about it and am already ordering a second sweatshirt.
I got a sweatshirt for my sister for Christmas and the details on the embroidery was amazing! My dog is dark brown, but has a light brown on his nose and you could tell they took the time to include the shading. I was worried at first because his eyes are very hazel looking and they made it look perfect. My sister loved it!
